i really like Nepenthes sp plant.. they kind a unique plant to me..
i love their look.. its really cute.. kind of remind me to victreebel
first i thought that its pitcher cups is a types of flower
well guess what??
it is a part of the leaf modification..
it is use to attract other insect as their food.. scary huh?
well the insect will be digested and the nutrient will be absorb by the plant..
lookalike the insect is kind of fertilizer to them..
Nepenthes sp or also known as pitcher plant or monkey cups is carnivorous plant
the pitch cup release a smell that will attract other insect as the bait..
once u fall into their cup there is no way back... *lucky enough it is small right?*
i have buy a baby Nepenthes.. hopefully i can take care of this baby..
really love this plant... maybe i will try to culture them..
who knows.. your passion can make money you know?? $.$
